USPh Reports Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2022

Houston, TX, February 28, 2023 – U.S. Physical Therapy, Inc. (“USPH” or the “Company”) (NYSE: USPH), a national operator of outpatient physical therapy clinics and provider of industrial injury prevention (“IIP”) services, today reported final results for the three months and year ended December 31, 2022 (“2022 Fourth Quarter” and “2022 Year”, respectively). The Company has completed its evaluation of income tax expense for the 2022 Fourth Quarter and 2022 Full Year, and there were no changes to the provision for income taxes, or any other results, as previously presented in its earnings release on February 22, 2023.
