Darryl has over 20 years’ experience in the Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation services industry. He graduated from West Virginia University with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy and received a Master of Science in Physical Education from West Virginia University with an emphasis on athletic training. He has also received a Bachelor of Science in Health Education from Pennsylvania State University with an emphasis on athletic training. Darryl has several years teaching experience in Sports Medicine and Physical Therapy. He is based in Baltimore, MD.
Don Ryan
Don is the Regional President of Operations for the West Region at U.S. Physical Therapy. He has been with USPh for over ten years with 23 years in the ambulatory healthcare industry. Don graduated from UTSA with a bachelor degree in Finance. He resides in San Antonio, Texas with his wife Marianne. They have a son, Jacob, who also works for USPh at the clinic level.
Floyd Stahl
Floyd is the Regional President of Operations for the Central Region at U.S. Physical Therapy. He has been with USPh since 2009 and has over 20 years of experience within the physical therapy field. Floyd previously founded a 20-clinic practice located in Illinois, Ohio, Indiana, and Iowa. Floyd graduated from Western Illinois University with a bachelor degree in Business, and he resides in northern Illinois with his wife, who is a physical therapist, and has four children.
Jennifer Boyette, OTR, CHT, PhD
Jennifer joined USPh in 2014. She has a clinical background as an occupational therapist and Certified Hand Therapist with specialization in industrial injury prevention, high trauma upper extremity rehabilitation, and workers’ compensation program development. Jennifer received her undergraduate degree through the University of Houston and a Master’s in Occupational Therapy from Texas Woman’s University in the Houston Medical Center. In 2007 she became a Certified Hand Therapist; completed a Doctorate in Health Care Administration in 2010; and became a Level III Certified Ergonomic Assessment Specialist in 2016. Jennifer was raised in Texas where she lived in Houston for 30 years but now lives in Atlanta, GA with her husband and 2 sons.
Christine Osman, DPT, FAAOMPT, OCS
Christine has been with USPh since 2023. She has extensive experience in the physical therapy space having previously served as a Regional Executive VP of Operations.
Christine received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 1998 from Slippery Rock University and completed a post-professional manual therapy fellowship. She has extensive clinical experience in orthopedics, worker’s compensation, injury prevention, FCE evaluation, office ergonomics, and job site and hazard risk analysis.
Christine and her husband Jon reside in Pittsburgh with their dog, Milo. She enjoys yoga, hiking, traveling, reading, and good food. Christine is passionate about giving back to her community. She sits on the board of Dress for Success Pittsburgh, an organization that helps women find clothing, connections, and confidence while entering or returning to the workforce.
Jayne Fleck Pool, PT, SCS, ATC, CHC
Jayne is the Chief Compliance Officer and Vice President of Clinical Services at U.S. Physical Therapy and oversees compliance, clinical training, and regulatory affairs for the company. She partners with operations teams to ensure compliance, share best practices and improve patient care. Jayne graduated from Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis with a degree in Physical Therapy and the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a degree in Biology. She is a licensed Physical Therapist, board certified specialist in Sports Physical Therapy, a Certified Athletic Trainer and is certified in healthcare compliance through the Health Care Compliance Association (HCCA).
Jake Martinez
Jake joined USPh in 2022 and oversees the Company’s accounting, finance, planning, and SEC reporting. Jake has experience across a wide spectrum of finance, accounting, operations, acquisition analysis & integration, and executive leadership. He received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from West Texas A&M University and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Texas at Arlington. Jake and his wife, Julie, have been married for over 20 years and have one son.
Jason Anderson
Jason joined USPh in 2020 and oversees the Company’s human resources, benefits, payroll, recruitment, commercial insurance, and risk management programs. Jason attended Southwestern University where he received his BBA in Accounting and the University of Houston where he received his MBA. He resides in Houston with his wife, Meredith, and their two children.
Chadd Pence
Chadd joined USPh in 2000. He currently serves as Vice President of Information Systems at U.S. Physical Therapy where he manages the overall processes and protocols to ensure the organization’s IT capabilities are aligned with the organization’s goals. Chadd graduated from Texas A&M University with a bachelor degree in Accounting and a Masters degree in Management Information Systems (MIS). He currently resides in Houston with his wife and two children.
Ashley Giles
Ashley is the Vice President of Contracting, Credentialing & Reimbursement for U.S. Physical Therapy. Ashley has been with the company since 2007. Ashley graduated from Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale with a degree in Business and Minor in Psychology. She has over 25+ years’ experience in healthcare and held positions negotiating and facilitating contracts for multi-specialty providers in the South Florida market. She resides in Houston, Texas and has three children.
Dan Weber
Dan joined USPh in October of 2023 and currently serves as the Vice President of Revenue Cycle and heads up Business Office Operations and the Corporate Billing Office. Prior to joining USPh, Dan served as Vice President of Revenue Cycle at Romtech, a remote physical rehab and monitoring organization. Dan previously served as the Chief Revenue Officer at Northwest Pathology Partners/Avero Diagnostics, Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management at USPI/Tenet, and has held various executive positions overseeing the RCM process in the Life Sciences industry as well as several large specialty and hospital practices. Dan received his B.A. Degree from the State University of New York at New Paltz.
